Rates and Fees

Rates ( sessions range from 45-60 minutes, based on coverage) 

$180 Initial Assessment   

   $150 Per Session 

$75 Cancellation fee (less than 24-hour notice) 

Cash payment, no insurance fees are also available. Please call for rates and information.

Insurance & Co-payment Information 

Insurance is accepted and will be billed as a courtesy. It is the responsibility of the responsible party to be aware of coverage, deductibles and copayments.   Co-payments are due at the time of service. A credit card policy is expected to be acknowledged and adhered to at all times.
